Leepa Valley is placed in Hattian Bala District of Azad Kashmir administered with the aid of Pakistan, approximately 83 kilometres (52 mi) from Muzaffarabad. The valley is split into the Reshian, Dao Khan, Leepa, and Chananian sections.
History
Leepa Valley turned into previously a part of Karnah tehsil of Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir. The valley is now a part of Jhelum Valley District in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It has been a place of strife many of the neighboring countries.
