Murree is a mountain resort town, situated in the Galyat area of the Pir Panjal Range, inside the Rawalpindi District of Punjab, Pakistan. It frames the edges of the Islamabad-Rawalpindi metropolitan territory, and is around 30 km upper east of Islamabad. It has normal height of 2,291 meters.
