Sheosar Lake (additionally called Shausar Lake) is a lake positioned in Deosai National Park, in Gilgit-Baltistan province of northern Pakistan. It is located at the height of 4,142 metres (13,589 toes).
Access
The lake is available thru routes. One is thru Skardu and the other through Astore District. The avenue thru Skardu may be included by way of jeep in few hours, however, if trekked, it could take 2 days time. Second direction is from Astore District. From important Astore town, it takes approximately 4 hours’ jeep excursion through a semi-steel avenue to gain Chilm, the final residential place adjacent to the plains.
Climate
Between the months of November to May the region of Deosai is snow certain. During spring, the encircling vicinity is included with wide form of plant life and butterflies. Most traffic come to the lake are in summer season among June to early September.
